Proud is an understatement! My @team_leman girls graced the stage last week in their best condition to date and looked incredible. When it comes to comp prep (or any goals for that matter) you only get the results you work for, and these girls worked hard for their bodies!!! FIRE 🔥 #teamleman 😍😍😍.
Mary crushed her online coaching and you can too! So incredibly proud of what @evoxqueen achieved in 6 months.
✅ Bigger quads
✅ Rounder glutes
✅ Capped shoulders
“I have achieved so much since having you as my coach and will always be grateful and not only that, I feel so blessed that we got to cross paths.”.
With a short 5 weeks notice I was able to help Zoe @zoe.janda_x out of a bad situation. Someone else had put her on extremely low calories and gave her a high volume of cardio and as a result her body stalled in fat loss.
I have worked with Zoe in the past and we crushed it 🙌🏼 so Zoe felt comfortable reaching back out to me for a last minute ‘help me’ situation. I immediately gave her 3 full days off cardio and gym and increased her calories. Wrote her up a killer training program with minimal cardio and cruised her into her show with higher macros. As a result she lost body fat and tightened up. 🏆 Zoe places 2nd in the new fit bikini model competition and is now off to nationals.
Going hard or going home isn’t always the answer ladies. 💡 Be strategic with your nutrition and training so you constantly see results and allow your body to work with you not against you.
Great work Zoe, you looked stunning on that stage! SWIPE 👉🏼 to see Zoe’s transformation 🤩 and also her progress photos from when she worked with me in 2016 when she had last worked with me.
I choreograph all of my clients stage routines and comparison round poses for them, tailoring them to their strengths. On the WBFF stage you will project sass, elegance and class all in one.
One of my tips for posing when on the stage is to keep your chin level to project confidence and look to the back of the auditorium with a sparkle in your eye unless you are looking down at the judges to acknowledge them with a smile.
For my clients who are not local to me, they have 1-on-1 posing FaceTime calls with me and ALL posing is inclusive in their #TEAMLEMAN competition prep package. 📧 email@example.com
So many of my clients have similar strength goals: to do unassisted pull ups. I’ve been coaching Bek @___b3k__ for the last 12 months and she is now crushing 8 sexy unassisted pull-ups like a boss.
Yes, it takes time to build strength with good form but it’s worth it! Great work Bek, keep crushing!

Meet my client Cassie @_fitnursecass.
She is currently 6 weeks out from her first ever Bikini model show and is competing May 6th with the @wbff_aust - doesn’t she look amazing!
We have created fantastic shape in her lead up to her cut and excited for her to witness what these final weeks or prep will do for her physique.
Bikini models are judged upon their overall beauty, body shape, symmetry and tone. Attention is focused on beauty of face, figure, physical fitness, and the confidence with which each bikini model carries herself.
Over the next 6 weeks I will manipulate her nutrition and training to bring her into crisp conditioning for her show. Bikini models need to be lean, right and full but not too shredded.
If you have any questions at all about comp prep please email me: firstname.lastname@example.org

We are approaching almost 2 years working together. Amanda @amandamatthews_wbffpro genetically has a “straight up and down” shape. When we first started working together her upper body was a little out of proportion to her lower body and in the world of fitness modelling symmetry plays a big part of the judging criteria. She has been working hard in between shows following her programs to build muscle on her quads, glutes & hamstrings. This added size to her lower half is completing her physique and will present to the judges a stronger package overall. Amanda trains hard, is compliant with her plans and capitalises on the time between shows to create change with her physique. Her last show was July (where she won her Pro Card) - this is the longest off season she has had and as a result will be bringing her best package to date at her next show which will be her Pro Debut.
A focus tip for all competitors: after every show identify your weakest / lagging body part (muscle group) and ensure you focus on improving that in your off season. When you step up on stage again you can confidently know you have made improvements and continue to give yourself the best opportunity of success.
