Running I ❤ YOU!
I've had nearly 2 weeks off running with an injury and quite frankly it's been horrific.
My resilience levels went way down and I felt so tired.
Running is my therapy and this morning I went for 3 mile run to ease myself back in and I was flooded with emotions of happiness, peace and excitement.

Baby Buck and I started off pregnancy week 19 with a longer run to take advantage of the 55° weather 🙌🏽
In 11 days, Zeke and I find out if my little running buddy is a boy or a girl! Most of our family and friends have guessed boy, and Zeke thinks that too. Me, personally, I just don’t have a clue 🤷🏽♀️😂

I’d love to say “face of a happy runner” 😂 but I was cooked today (yesterday’s long reps and today’s heat and wind maybe); I had to fight hard to get this done; a tough run but I finished it...then sent for help 😂 my amazing husband (who just dismounted from a huge 🚲; he has been training for the 700km Operation Flinders Epic Impact ride) came to get me, brought my fave recovery drink 🙏and took this pic of me having a little cry...prob so we cld have a laugh at what the hell I’m doing later on 😂🤷♀️. Listen to your body! What a novel concept. We threw out today's speed session and threw in a recovery because after yesterday's 30 k and today's shift at work that is what the body needed.
