Gender dysphoria is NOT a mental illness.
The gender assigned to me at birth is simply not the same as my gender identity which ultimately creates a distress.
This distress can be (partially) removed with hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and gender reassignment surgery (GRS).
I have heard horror stories from other trans folks having bad experiences with their doctors because of the lack of understanding of gender dysphoria or transphobia.
I am very thankful to get treatment in Canada (hormones covered 💲) with such a caring doctor! 🙌
Good Food VS Bad Food!! FUCK YOUR GOOD FOOD THEORY
There is no difference with food on the Macro level!! Carbs are Carbs, Fats are Fats.. etc.. .
What you are thinking of is Micro Nutrients not macros, Fiber .. Sugar .. Salt.. but on a basic and even intermediate level of nutrition and macros is make really no difference but for the fact on how long the food will hold you over.. .
You can still get fat eating Good Food!! So what is considered good food? Oatmeal? Well if you are in a caloric I would suggest oatmeal over a doughnut.. because it will hold you over a lot long then the doughnut.. but does it make it better? .
Your body isn’t a scanner.. it has no fucking idea if you ate a Cinnoman roll, or you at ate Oatmeal.. doesn’t know if you ate Peanut butter or Real butter all the body knows is Carbs and Fats.. so stop fucking stressing on what is good and bad and just track your food and hit your macros!!
Like I said, when you have 3000 calories to eat .. it is really hard to do that with all GOOD FOOD.. so dirty it up a little .. add in some treats, body process them fast and allows you to get more in for the day.. when you are at 1400 calories.. careful what you pick because your ass will be hungry if you choose the wrong things..

Here to make #mondaymugcake a thing if it isn’t already 🤗 super simple 1 minute recipe I just made up on the spot that it turned into a beautiful, somewhat healthy dessert creation:
••••••• mix 1/2 cup of @kodiakcake mix with 1tbsp of coconut sugar (or regular if you’d prefer), 1/4 cup almond milk & a generous handful of chocolate chips. microwave for 60-75 seconds and that’s it! something that I guarantee to make your Monday feel like.... less of a Monday.
What. A. Day. A very early morning, a couple of little sickies, an ill-feeling husband, midwife appointment (which went well! Baby is measuring big, which is no surprise. Our last baby was almost 10 lbs!). The most calming part of the day was letting the kiddos relax in the sandbox so I could put my feet up. Here's hoping this illness is short lived. We have been diffusing our favorite germ fighter oil from @planttherapy and loading up on probiotics and greens. Wish me luck!
