My ANSWER: It’s not that you’re not working hard enough. It’s that in order for your body to change, you have to progressively work a little harder; every single workout.
My biggest TIP: Try adding a personal ‘challenge’ to every workout.
Lift MORE: Whether it’s kettlebells, dumbbells, or a medicine ball, challenge yourself to use a slightly heavier weight than what you’re used to. Using 10 pounds instead of 8 pounds may not sound like a lot, but your muscles will feel the difference!
Rest LESS: Whether it’s between exercises or sets of exercises, cut your rest time short. Resting for 90 seconds instead of 2 minutes will help burn more calories and body fat.
These subtle changes will help boost the intensity factor of your workouts, force you to gradually work a little bit harder and create results you can see!
