@team_leman athlete Cindy is competing in 3 weeks and this will be our 2nd show together. She lives in Sydney so all of our communication is over FaceTime, phone calls and emails / texts. Cindy has worked hard in her off season to improve the areas the judges gave feedback from on her last show. Taking home 1st place at the Sydney WBFF 2017 I can tell you she will not disappoint coming into the 2018 PRO/AM @wbff_aust show.

My client Madison has seen some fantastic change to her body composition over the last 8 weeks. With focus on her performance in the gym and performance food for nutrition she has added mass to her quads (our main focus) lost body fat on her hips and side of her thighs. I am also incredibly proud of her improved performance in the gym - so much stronger! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🔥 When giving 💯 with your nutrition and training programs you should be seeing great results.
The best way to keep track of these results is by taking progress photos. Madi is accountable to me every 2 weeks with new photos so I can review her nutrition and training programs and make necessary updates needed.

Newest online coaching client Cassie is crushing her programming. Being quad dominant my focus is to balance her physique by adding mass to her hamstrings and glutes.. as well as developing her shoulders. She is currently in her hypertrophy phase.
