It just cares you’ve arrived. That you’ve finished what you’ve started.
So START strong, STAY strong and FINISH STRONG by remembering why you’re doing it in the FIRST PLACE 🥇 (📷: @paigehathaway)

I think everyone has heard the expression "keep moving forward". I mentally repeat this phrase several times during the races. It means "keep moving forward."
But this "moving forward" can have other meanings. It may be to move on and leave behind old habits, prejudices, negative things, a vicious cycle. Or move on to new goals, new challenges, a new life.
The important thing is to move on, and bring with you people who will help you to discover these new destinations. People that put you up, because down we know how to go it alone.
So today's message is "keep moving forward," and transform along the way, adapt, reinvent yourself. And most of all, be happy !!! I’m going to train because @im703maceio is knocking on the door. (📷: @diogoferreirafit) Follow @RunningFervor for more.
