LEGS OR ABS? 🤔💭 When I was younger, I used to train abs LOAFS and i was so proud of them! They used to be the fitness staple- if you had abs you were fit.
I feel like that idea is slowly changing now with fitness developing. As I progressed and trained more, I started to realise that my legs were rather large for my body😂
Now I love my legs! Over time, I've even grown a little Instagram army who seem to like my legs too! But I never want to lose my abs😝
What do you guys prefer more? Legs or abs? Let me know! 💪😎
