I get a LOT of questions about how do I have time for exercise? I get a lot of people tell me they don't feel like they have enough time to fit a workout in. Yes you do!! There is no set rule for exercise, you really don't have to be exercising for 2 hours a day!! If you only have 20 minutes then that's what you do. You also don't have to workout every single day. If you swipe 👉 then you will see my hiit workout from this morning and that from start to finish it took 30 minutes. That leaves me another 23.5 hours today to do what I have to do. Work hectic? Got children? Busy schedule? Get up 30 minutes earlier, go to bed 30 minutes later, make exercise part of your schedule. Honestly there is always time if you make the time. Make your health and wellness as much as a priority as everything else in your life 💜💜💜
Not all of us can do great things. But we can do small things with great love.
I’ve learned that it’s really worthwhile to set aside some time every week to do absolutely nothing. Not work, but not even social media or playing video games or watching tv—just actually doing nothing. It sounds like the easiest thing in the world to do nothing but most of us now find it incredibly challenging to sit down with ourselves and just be— it’s amazing how demanding it is to properly contend with our true selves alone, and it can be surprisingly difficult at first to resist the temptation to reach for a device to just numb ourselves instead. But doing nothing actually feels great when you get into it. Your mind deserves a moment to unwind. When I let myself do nothing is when I have my best new ideas, think up new goals, and come up with solutions to problems. It’s been such a hectic week and I am so looking forward to a couple of hours of doing nothing tomorrow🙋🏻♀️.
