2015 vs now 👶🏼👵🏼 a sh*t transformation picture but a massive (also slightly cliché) mental transformation! ☁️☁️☁️ Left: I only cared about my weight, I was obsessed with cardio because I just wanted to burn calories (fyi not even an effective way of burning calories) and I followed SO many fitspo accounts that promoted being underweight and calorie restriction. Now my focus is primarily on my health and well-being. The human body is incredible and gets taken for granted all the time, so it makes sense to strive to be as strong and healthy (both physically and mentally) as possible. Calories aren’t scary! They are literally units of energy needed by your organs so that you can survive and grow, how crazy is it to not give your body what it needs!? Food is fuel 💪🏼💪🏼🍌💛✨

Bit of a weird take on a Sunday roast 😂 but this was a beaut! We had some fam round this eve and they had roast chicken so I just swapped mine for salmon instead and had the same sides! 🙋♀️
So here we gots:
👉🏼 A salmon fillet baked in a foil parcel, serv’d up with alllll the sides: some thyme baked potatoes, homemade cauliflower cheese, broccoli, peas and then I also had a few cheeky oven chips that were knocking about! 🤤🤤

But I enjoy every minute of it.
How I push past limiting beliefs and feeling afraid to embrace a building phase is I remember that my goals and ambitions for myself months and years down the line mean SO MUCH MORE than my insecurity about how I look right this second.
So yes I have my moments of weakness.
So does that stop me from my long term goals? HAIL NAW.
But I can proudly say, that I’m confident as hell. #watchmework
