10XPURE for Joint Inflammation and Pain Relief Testimonial
I AM NOT KIDDING HERE: 10X PURE CBD oil IS A LIFE SAVER! If I would have to make a comparison, think about a brain freeze - if you drink a frozen margarita too fast. So fast 10xPURE gets to your brain, but the effect in in the opposite side: it relaxes your brain as fast as margarita screws your brain out by freezing it.
I have pretty strong joint inflammation flares that come and go like a storm, but in between, the pain sometimes is unbearable. I woke up this morning with a stiff shoulder; I think something is twisted there and it hits a nerve.
However, I had errands to run around the house, so I couldn’t afford to think about pain. When done though, the shoulder got worst, and I had to stop and do something to release that pain. I could feel the nerve twisting and twitching pretty bad.
So I’ve got my Reiki meditation groove going on, and I took ONLY THREE DROPS of 10X PURE 1500 mg! One hour later and I feel much better.
Seriously 10X PURE is really a game changer! It saves the day for specific health issues ... I’ve got both: 10X 1500mg + 10X 500mg. The BEST investment I could ever make for my health! Nothing is more important than my heath. I am very thankful for these products!

This is an excellent question, and sadly it is not an exact science, but the best way to think about it is the goldilocks principle. Doing nothing is bad, and doing too much is bad, but somewhere in the middle is juuuuuuust right. Its not an exact science because "juuuust right" is different for everyone. But here are some tips to help you find your middle.
1. Its okay to have a little symptoms: In fact it's what your shooting for, having a slight amount of symptoms during an activity is okay. On a scale of 0-10, 10 being crippling symptoms, shoot for around a 3.
2. Symptoms after an activity should resolve in a few hours. I like to draw the line in the sand at 2 hours, if someone is still having symptoms 2 hours after the activity is stopped then it was too much.
3. Pay attention to the activity. Ex: how many pages in a book you read, how fast and far you ran, how long you watched TV for etc. Keep a log of those things so you can track if they improve or worsen.
4. Stay on the side of caution, start slow and play around with what your barriers are.
5. BE PATIENT, you can't rush through concussion rehab.
I wish my legs would let me #run more but for now I’ll just have to stick with once a week #oldmanitus 😂
