✴️100g kalte Butter ➡️Alles mixen und in eine Form drücken. Den Rand dabei etwas hochziehen. Schnell in den Kühlschrank stellen.❄️ ✴️Zwiebeln
✴️ Zucchini 🥒
✴️2 Eier 🥚🥚
✴️150 ml Mich oder Sojasahne 🥛
✴️Cheddarkäse 🧀geraspelt (gibt's auch vegan)
➡️Zwiebeln und Zucchini in dünne Scheiben schneiden und auf dem Teig in der Form verteilen. Käse untermischen. Milch, Eier und Salz vermischen und drüber geben.
Umluft bei 175 Grad unten im Backofen ca. 30 Minuten backen.

And that off course was not a healthy thinking, that was a BROKE thinking💯before that I never understood why I don’t have money.
And a simple fact was that I was spending the money that I don’t have to impress people that I don’t really like! Leave the BROKE mentality and do something today and this weekend that will bring you closer to your dream life today.
2 litros de leite integral
500 ml de Kefir
2 sobremesa de sal rosa ▪️Modo De Preparo
Em uma panela, adicione os 2 litros de leite e deixe aquecer. Quando estiver bem quente, mas sem ferver, adicione os 500 ml de Kefir, desligue o fogo e misture até talhar. Deixe descansar por 10 minutos ou até que o soro separe da nata.
Após esse processo, pegue uma peneira coberta com um pano fino e coloque sobre um recipiente fundo/vasilha (se você tiver uma queijeira, use).
Com uma colher vá adicionando aos poucos a mistura dentro da peneira coberta com o pano (ou uma queijeira). Deixe escorrer bem o soro e vá tirando o excesso que for se formando na vasilha.
Você também pode ir pressionando com a ajuda de uma colher ou espremendo com o pano para agilizar o processo.
Depois de extrair bem o soro, tempere com sal. Coloque dentro da geladeira e deixe descansar por 12 horas.
Por fim, retire com cuidado o pano da peneira e desenforme sobre um prato. Está pronto seu delicioso e cremoso queijo de kefir!
