The more reality we see while scrolling on social media, the more we can accept what we previously thought were imperfections. So here are a few of my common poses next to me standing completely relaxed and unposed.
I have hip dips, stretch marks, skin discoloration, rolls, all of it! And it’s all NORMAL!🙌🏽 No one walks around every day perfectly posed, and sometimes that can be hard to remember when that is all we see on Instagram. Each one of these marks and features on my body contributes to my beauty and uniqueness, and it is the same for you! I’m hoping that by seeing me embrace all aspects of my body, you will be able to relate and try it too!✨
I think it’s also important to say that we can still work on ourselves, our strength, and our bodies while loving and embracing ourselves every step of the way. And it is okay to pose and take photos from flattering angles. But it is ALSO okay to just stand up straight without flexing or posing. Both versions of you deserve love!❤️
And while we’re on social media, let’s be conscious of how many times we like the photos on the left, but simply scroll past the photos on the right.
So find what makes you feel good and confident, but also find what makes you love YOU!💞 It is okay to set goals and work toward a better version of yourself, just make sure it’s for you; not society, not your partner, just YOU. And remember that through every step of this journey toward your own version of a better you...
you are still BEAUTIFUL and ENOUGH🌟

I love you all so much! Keep shining✨❤️
Lately I’ve had some bad body image days. I’ve debated on whether to share this or not simply because of fear.
Fear of being vulnerable and judged. Fear of people thinking I am just looking for “sympathy” or validation. Fear of letting you all know I am struggling. Fear of not being this perfect, inspiring, fitspo human being that people expect me to be.
But then I got to thinking about the people I admire most. The people I aspire to be like one day. Do they hide how they feel? Sometimes? But there’s also times when they tell it how it is. And those are the times I feel so connected to them. The times when I think to myself “wow, they do relate.” So here it is- Lately I’ve thought some pretty stupid things about myself. I’ve called myself a failure. I’ve told myself I’m not good enough. There’s even been days when I haven’t wanted to leave the house. I’m not telling you this seeking anything other than maybe helping one person.
I hope you know we are all human. We all struggle. And we all have OFF days or maybe even weeks. But that doesn’t mean we quit. It doesn’t mean we forget the whole reason we started. What it means it’s 1) we are human and 2) it’s COMPLETELY NORMAL. Everyone has different struggles and for me, it’s been body image lately. Does that mean I hate myself? No. It just means some days I’m not as confident...it’s something I am continually working on though.
Push yourself beyond your limits. Recognize your strengths and your weaknesses. Promise yourself to use your strengths to the best of your ability and to work on those weaknesses. Ultimately, the person you are is entirely up to you!🧡💕
Side note: The new Revive bottle from @smartshakehq just launched and it is without a doubt my new favorite! I’ve been using the same bottle for my pre for almost two years now and I think it’s time I switch!🤩 Go get yourself one, you deserve it!

Spend the whole day in a water theme park and I even tried Poseidon’s revenge. For those who don’t know it go google it. I’m so proud of myself cuz I was literally shit scared but I think it’s so important to push your limits every day whether it’s physically or mentally. Ended the day eating at @nusr_et ... and I swear I’m in a food coma now... 💓
