- One of my favorite things to do on the weekends is shop at my local farmers market. There are so many benefits to supporting your local farmers and shops!
1. Eating seasonally! Did you know that eating seasonally increases the vitamins and mineral in your food, it’s way fresher because it is picked right in your hood, and your getting all those local bacteria to build up that microbiome garden of yours 🐛🌱. The good bacteria around where you live helps to build your immune system and increase nutrient absorption of those fruits and veggies. 🤓
- The next obvious benefit is for your wallet! 💵Local farming allows for less transport, refrigeration, and storage of the produce. That cuts down majorly on the cost for the consumer, especially when you’re buying organic! - Last but not least, you’re supporting your community. You are not only helping out your family, but someone else’s. That is truly a gift that keeps on giving. - 🐝🍯 One of my favorite things to buy at my market is honey! The bees live right there on the spot, and make all that delicious honey from the pollen in my neighborhood. This is so great for allergies! So much of what I post on here can be applied to every day life, not just weightloss. We all have goals and we all have places we want go and be. There is no fast solution. For everything there is a process and you must know that you can have ANYTHING you want. I mean it. I am by habit an addict of instant gratification and sometimes it takes a lot of work to convince myself and get me back to the state of “we got this” and “I’m well on my way, I’m doing great! Keep going” when It comes for things that take a lot of extra work. By having a plan and following each step. Little by little you reach greatness! Don’t underestimate the power of pen and paper. Write! Write what you want to do now, in five years, ten years? In detail. Write without a filter just write and discover your true desires🌟 I believe that we have the ability to manifest anything we desire we just have to believe 🙏🏼

What up fitfam hope everyone is having a great Weekend and getting ready to crush the week.
So after taking a full week off from the gym I weighed myself and surprisingly haven’t lost much. I was weighing around 167-170 and yesterday I weighed 165.
Just get back on the eating train and I’ll be fine. 💪🏽 what’s your goals for the upcoming week?
