So here is a confession: Last time that I stretched was around 4 months ago! 😅
And: No, not proud of it. No, you shouldn’t do it like me. No, I don’t watch tv or netflix and could do it simultaneously. I just have busy days and prefer to use all the time I have for performance relevant training instead of standing around not doing much. However, I really hope this doesn’t push me into problems..
