BODYWEIGHT CHALLENGE 🔥 I really enjoy creating these challenges, so here is another for you to try! 3 exercises in total, continuous effort. Straight forward, but pretty gassy!
2️⃣4 PUSH UPS
3️⃣2-4-6-8-10 JUMP SQUATS
✅Add 2 Jump squats each time
✅3 sets in total
Add 2 jump squats each time until you hit 10 Reps in total. Rest 30 seconds once you complete all 10, then go again! Give it a try with your gym partner!

WARM UP / MOBILITY 👊🏻 This year I have made a conscious effort to spent a little more time focusing on pre exercise stretching and mobility. So I pulled together a short sequence to help you mobilise before you work. (SWIPE RIGHT ON THE VIDEO)

I’m no expert in mobility, it’s something I am looking to learn more about. But warming up is absolutely vital for you to perform safely and at your best! I hope this is useful.
