There were a few snow flurries this morning, so I got out all my comforting, warm spices and threw them in cookies. Cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and the tiniest pinch of cloves.

The last two days staying at @stanfordinnecoresort have been more than magical! I have been to this beautiful resort 4 times in 2 years and still trying to figure out what I love the most about this place!
Their fully plantbased menu, fresh vegetables from their garden, daily desserts made with simple real ingredients, gorgeous views, laid back vibes, natural skincare spa and the best of all how much the owners care about inspiring others to live a better life has made this place my favorite spot to escape the craziness of my life to hide somewhere cozy!

Thinking of great crisp light and this plate with roasted new potatoes, tzatziki, baked salmon and Greek salad while I make an aioli, bake potatoes and toss a salad in a dark kitchen with my parents and son around me and it’s amazing because I actually love the dark OK and my family of course. Puss
PUMPKIN SPICE CHIA PUDDING 🎃🤤||
My sister recently ask me what she should eat for breakfast that’s not eggs or a smoothie. Eggs are kinda smelly if you bring them to work, and a pain to make at home—and smoothies are just too much work sometimes. It dawned on me that not enough people eat chia pudding. In my sister’s case, she hates the texture. That’s why I loveeee my blended chia pudding that takes away the weird gelatinous texture and makes it more smooth. I spiced this one up and made it festive for fall. All I did:
▫️Add 1/2 cup of chia seeds to a food processor (or blender) ▫️Pour in 1 cup of milk of your choice
▫️Add 2 tbsp. of pumpkin purée
▫️1 tbsp. pumpkin butter (@traderjoes brand is great)
▫️1 tsp. pumpkin spice seasoning
▫️Pinch of sea salt
Blend on low for 7-10 minutes until creamy. Serve with @traderjoes praline pecans and ENJOYYYY
