Spiralized Parsnip Hash with onions and jalapeño topped with a fried egg and Everything But The Bagel Seasoning.
Yes you can spiralize parsnips!! I use my Paderno Spiralizer (hand held ones don’t typical work well for root veggies) and then I just sauté it in the pan for about 6-7 min in olive oil!

Une vraie petite tuerie gustative 😻 et pourtant sans sucre raffiné, sans gluten, vegan et avec un peu de matière grasse saine 🥜 Je vais continué de travailler la recette, voir s'il y a moyen d'obtenir quelque chose d'encore plus léger mais de tout aussi bon 😃 si c'est possible tant mieux, si non tant pis, on va pas chipoté pour quelques calories si les ingrédients sont cleans ☺️

the bro brought home some epic cranberry pecan bread from work and it’s honestly the best thing i’ve ever tasted 😩 took it to the next level (maybe more) by turning it into french toast! a little heavy handed on the toppings today but we can just say its to celebrate friyay 🥳 because that alone is worth celebrating! we can also celebrate that this is a dairy free recipe and can be made gluten free depending on the bread! #glutenfree#dairyfree#frenchtoast.
requirements for a good french - crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and BUTTER 🤤 it takes it to another level, so trust me that is non-negotiable! and the butter is use is vegan and melts just as well as the real deal (which you totally can use i just love this stuff) and maple syrup but i swapped that for my 30 second chia jam and some peanut butter 🙊.
