#ad Egg Skillet made with Sweet Potato, Onions, and Broccolini and topped with avocado, hemp seeds, and crushed red pepper. I sauteed the veggies first in Extra Virgin Olive Oil From Spain (@oliveoilsspain), and then you can either crack the egg in the pan and cook it over the flame or transfer it to the oven and bake for 7-8 minutes at 425 F.
