I’ll call it two reps, pretty sure I got helped on that third. Or call it no reps cause it’s spotted 🤷🏼♂️, I honestly don’t care, and I’ve said it before an injury lasts longer than an ego boost. It would be pretty stupid of me to injure myself doing this stuff when strength isn’t even my main goal.
5 Plates was sort of a lifetime goal for me, but this recent strength phase has been crazy productive. We’ll see what I can translate this strength to in terms of gains now!
Big thanks again to @marty_gro for the spotting. Definitely wouldn’t have tried it unless I was really confident in my spotter. I’m sorry I steal you for probably half your workout just to spot me 😂😭 Sorry to everyone that doesn’t care about heavy lifts that follows me for bodybuilding. Strength phases are important to have in planned into your training too. I’ll be back to my regularly scheduled stripping for the gram soon!
