Quick run down of how i have my food set out each day, 🥦
Not gonna run through specifics as previously mentioned in other posts i am not a dietician or nutritionist, i am not aloud to give advice and i also don't want too as every one is different. Just cuz it works for me, doesn't mean it will work for you.
I run a high fat, high protein diet, my carbs are low till my last meal, i then carb load every night so that it carries through to the following morning before training.
I definitely don't train fasted in the morning, i use good fats as fuel before i workout, then a high good fat breaky.
I don't count calories, only macros, and because i have done this for so long i can almost just look at something without even weighing it and pretty much almost know what's in it! Even though this works for me, it may not work for you!
