When getting asked the question ‚how do you stay motivated?‘ I always struggle to respond because I don’t. I don‘t keep my motivation, I keep my discipline and dedication. 😈
Relying on your motivation will end up in failure because as much as you love doing something, on some days you simply won’t feel like doing it. 😴
If you have a well planned routine, those days probably won’t even exist. If yet they decide to come through and make your life hard, your discipline needs to be stronger. If it isn’t - it’s your decision.
End of the story. ⭐️ Find love in what you do & if you can’t find it then simply don’t do it !!! ❤️🥰 For example- the gym isn’t for everyone. There are people who simply don’t enjoy it 🤷🏼♀️ Should you torture yourself every single day just to look a certain way ? If you ask me, my answer is clearly no. There are 10000 ways to be active and to be healthy, the gym is just one. ☝️
